New Jax City Insurance has been managing insurance needs for over 20 years! One may consider this one-stop agency because it represents over 50 different insurance carriers. One of the main objectives of NJC Insurance is to provide affordable insurance for all types of clients under one roof and most of all give each client "family-friendly" customer service. NJC Insurance can write all Property & Casualty insurances from AUTO and HOME to BUSINESS and WORKERS COMP.
HISTORY: In 1995, a very motivated and educated man named Ricardo Boechat founded the agency: JAX CITY INSURANCE GROUP INC. He built a large book of business that was 75% Personal Lines and 25% Commercial Lines with both small and large insurance carriers. In 2000, he purchased a building on Beach Boulevard and the agency continued to operate until 2017. However; in 2009 Boechat unexpectedly passed away leaving the business to his partner, Leah McCrum. McCrum established complete ownership but decided to rename the agency. Hence NEW Jax City Insurance Inc. Leah McCrum and her fiercely loyal partner Brandy McCaul struggled not only financially but emotionally as Boechat was a long-time friend, confidant and mentor. However; they worked diligently and battled many obstacles together during a troubled economy in a highly competitive industry to keep the agency’s doors open.
TODAY, their reputation has proven strong as they transitioned into a virtual environment where clients can continue to entrust them to find the best coverage for the most reasonable premium. Personalized customer service is what separates them from the big carriers. They treat clients like family and handle every aspect of the business (sales AND service) themselves. Clients can contact either agent without having to call an 800 number or deal with 3rd party - outsourced call center. As a result, clients feel very secure knowing their account is managed by the same experienced agent that is familiar with their individualized needs and requirements.
