Brandy McCaul joined the Jax City team in 2003 as a licensed 4-40 CPSR. She managed a high-traffic lobby and answered 80% of the agency's incoming calls for 7 years. In 2009, she passed the notoriously difficult State Exam earning the Agent 2-20 license on the first try. From that day, she unstoppable and developed a career that she always wanted. All during a terrible economic climate.
Today, Brandy with a "Y” is second-in-command and assistant manager of agency operations. She remains a true TEAM PLAYER. After 15 years, she implements key protocols for the day-to-day and will still pick up a broom to sweep the lobby. No job is “above” or “below” her pay grade. She does whatever it takes to make sure the day is successful and productive in a positive environment.
Her book-of-business has impressive statistics including (but not limited to) *highest retention and *excellent overall customer satisfaction. She receives referrals from banks and lenders, past and current clients, other agents and colleagues on a daily basis. She is in HIGH-DEMAND as clients seek an agent with professionalism and compassion along with knowledge and experience in the industry. You can argue this is dying breed with all the major industry changes.
Brandy says a major key to her success is, "Treat your clients as if they are family. You can't go wrong with being genuine and dependable. It may be challenging or time-consuming at times but the best part is having the ability to make a difference for someone in a big or small way!"
